Sarah Golding

After graduating from Cambridge University with a degree in French & German, Sarah joined Lowe Howard Spink. During her time there she helped develop famous and award winning campaigns for clients such as Heineken, UDV, Weetabix, Reebok and Olympus cameras.

Sarah was promoted to the Lowe Board and was the youngest member on that for several years. She headed up the Agency's successful pitch for the Orange business which contributed to Lowe being made Agency of the Year in 2000.

In January ‘01 she was promoted to New Business Director and in the November joined Clemmow Hornby Inge as their New Business Director, where she was part of the teams that pitched for and won Anchor Butter, British Gas, Argos, Big Yellow, Ocado and The One Account.

In July 2006 she was listed as one of Management Today’s top 35 UK women in business and is now the agency’s CEO as well as being a Partner in the business.

Sarah is currently responsible for the agency’s Argos, British Gas and GSK business.

Neil began his advertising career at Simons Palmer Denton Clemmow Johnson in 1996 as an account planner on Goldfish and Nike.  He joined Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe in 1999 and became a Planning Partner there in 2000.  A Campaign Face to Watch in 1997, they named him one of London’s 10 Hottest Planning Director’s three years later.   He joined CHI & Partners in 2002, renewing his partnership with Simon Clemmow, and since then has worked with all the agency’s key clients. Today, he leads the CHI’s strategic output.

Gary joined CHI&Partners in 2013 from Leo Burnett to run our Samsung and Argos business, leading the development of the successful new Go Argos campaign. Since joining he has also run Lexus Europe and successfully pitched and worked on Kraft Heinz and McVities along with being Head of Account Management from 2014. He is now responsible for British Gas and the KraftHeinz business at CHI&Partners alongside being joint Managing Director with Sarah Clark. He’s championed training and inspiration sessions leading to our CPD Gold accreditation in 2016 & 2017 and when not at the office he can be found watching England play rugby or playing tennis in Kent.

Sarah is our Joint Managing Director alongside Gary. She was one of the first planners to join CHI back in 2002 and leads the planning on British Gas, Kraft Heinz and The Prince’s Trust.  She led the strategy for the Argos transformation and has ‘planned’ on some of our most award-winning campaigns for TalkTalk, Anchor and The Prince’s Trust.  She is passionate about the work and passionate about making sure it works, as well as living by the seaside, supporting welsh rugby and food glorious food.

One of CHI's first creative hirings, Micky's career spans twelve BTAA arrows, eight One Show pencils, six Cannes Lions, two Revolution Gold awards and a D&AD Pencil. Micky was named by The Gunn Report as the second best art-director in the world (which was both brilliant and a tiny bit upsetting at the same time!).  He has creatived iconic campaigns for brands as diverse as Heineken, Tango, Weetabix, The Times, Anchor, Lexus, TalkTalk and Argos.

Yan Elliott is Joint ECD, alongside Micky Tudor. A multi award-winning creative, with 20 years experience in the advertising industry, Yan has created and overseen work for brands including Coca Cola, Dr Pepper, Super Noodles, Weetabix, Selfridges, Brylcreem, Sky, Orange, 3Mobile, 118 118, The Observer, Kiss FM and TfL. He was responsible for famous work including Sky’s £100m brand campaign ‘Believe in Better’ and created Orange’s D&AD Pencil-winning ‘Gold Spot’ cinema campaign which led to the creation of Orange Wednesdays: one of the UK’s most successful sponsorship and reward programmes ever, with tens of millions of tickets redeemed. He also made headlines for Dr Pepper’s Lion-winning ‘What’s The Worst That Could Happen?’.
