In addition to his responsibilities as CEO at Haygarth, Marcus oversees the agency’s financial planning and new business development, and is key in maintaining the overall culture of the agency. When Marcus isn’t running Haygarth, he is a family man with three kids.

With over 15 years of experience working in BTL, Charlotte specialises in retail and customer marketing, both agency and client side. During her time at Haygarth, Charlotte has led accounts including O2, Nokia, Signet, Musgrave, Mars and Heineken. Charlotte has also led the Disney UK retained retail account for 9 years and has more recently taken best practice from the UK market across EMEA. Together with Steven Gray, Charlotte champions and drives the agency’s overall client servicing function.

Steven joined Haygarth as an account executive in 2001 and has grown through the ranks to his present position as Joint Managing Director. Over the past 15 years, Steven has worked on a diverse range of integrated accounts specialising in Retail, FMCG and Technology sectors. Together with Charlotte Amos, they manage client servicing and the account handling function at Haygarth, with Steven providing strategic direction and client leadership on key accounts including Vodafone and Sony Mobile.

Anthony has 16 years' experience using insight and analysis to fuel creativity in marketing communications. He previously worked at D’Arcy and Leo Burnet advertising agencies and Arc. At Haygarth he is responsible for planning, research, strategy development and evaluation. Anthony has worked across a range of clients including Sony, Clarins, Mars and Heineken. Anthony plays a key role in ensuring that we deliver work that connects on an emotional level to amaze and persuade.

Steve is responsible for overseeing the creative direction, output and excellence for the agency with a focus on generating bigger, better and more effective ideas across all channels. With over 19 years’ experience he has delivered award-winning campaigns across every discipline including Experiential, Digital and Promotional for brands such as Tango, Guinness, Marmite, Sony, Disney and Gillette. He can also be heard bursting into random song at the most inappropriate moments within the creative department!

Carlo specialises in helping brands tell their story through the power of live experiences. At Haygarth, Carlo is responsible for leading the experiential strategy and execution of brand experiences which have impact in retail, online and in the media. With over 10 years’ experience in the industry, he has a wealth of expertise across a variety of sectors and has consistently delivered multi-award winning campaigns for brands including P&G, Sony and Clarins.

Laura has over 10 years’ agency experience working on a host of Retail and FMCG accounts, with a focus on shopper marketing. She comes from an account management background and has worked with a number of well-known brands such as McDonald’s, Superdrug, Alpro Soya, Mars, Wrigley and Heineken. Laura now heads up the Marketing and New Business department at Haygarth, driving growth for the agency alongside heading up the Heineken business.
