Ed has over 15 years’ experience in brand strategy and advertising, helping some of the world’s most influential organisations, such as Boeing, Squire Patton Boggs, and HSBC. But it was his MA in Creative Writing that inspired him to invent our narrative approach.

He’s passionate about the idea that business leadership is as much performance as science

Brian has over 23 years experience in creating business transforming ideas in both the advertising and digital space. He’s won numerous awards for many clients including Unilever, Vodafone, Sony, Virgin, MasterCard, Audi, Land Rover and the Government. He creatively led Dare to Campaign’s digital agency of the decade, and has even done a stint at Apple.

Nick heads up our health business at Aesop and has been in healthcare communications for 20 years.

His experience ranges from pharmaceutical products, over the counter medicines, medical devices and health awareness campaigns.

He is a strong believer in borrowing the best minds and methods from mainstream communications and making them work for our health clients; we call it healthy storytelling.

Jim has over 25 years’ experience in financial and commercial management for marketing agencies.

After working for pioneering strategic marketing agency the Michael Peters Group in the USA and Canada, he moved to the UK where he acted as European Commercial Director of The Marketing Store. Jim then took worldwide responsibility for the financial, legal and tax affairs of Blue Marlin as Group Commercial Director.

Jim is also a founding partner of the UK franchise of Product of the Year, which awards innovative products from top blue-chip companies such as Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, P&G and L’Oreal.
