Tim started his career in advertising in the mail room. He worked as a copywriter at Y&R and BMP before joining Omnicom owned BBDO in London, where he became Creative Director at 27 and Managing Director at 31.

He founded Leagas Delaney and over the years he has won countless awards for his work, notably Britain’s D&AD, America’s One Show and Cannes Lions. He was President of D&AD and 3 years later received The D&AD President’s Award and The Creative Circle President’s Award. The British Television Awards Lifetime Achievement Award has also been bestowed on Tim in recognition of his contribution to the communications industry. He was inducted into The One Show Advertising Hall of Fame in America in 2007, Campaign's British Advertising Hall of Fame in 2008 and China Advertising’s Hall of Fame in 2017.

Tim is the only creative lead in history to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in the USA, Europe and China.

He remains a working copywriter.

Fergus has worked in London, New York, Chicago, Hong Kong and Singapore on global clients such as British Airways, Barclays, Coca Cola, Britvic, SC Johnson and Unilever.  Throughout his career, Fergus has helped clients develop integrated marketing and navigate the digital consumer landscape.

Fergus was also the Regional Managing Director of Social@Ogilvy APAC, Asia's largest social media agency.

In March 2017 after 8 years living abroad Fergus returned to London as CEO and partner in creative totem Leagas Delaney to lead the agency through a transformative era.

Fergus has Executive MBA from Stern NYU, London School of Economics and HEC Paris and is also the Writer, Producer and Interviewer in the webseries Creators where he interviews some of the world's most pioneering creative thinkers who have used the power of a creative idea to disrupt the world around them.  The series features Emmanuel Jal, Jackie Chan, John De Mol, Donna Karan and Sir Jackie Stewart.

Margaret Johnson

Group CEO

Margaret joined Leagas Delaney London as Head of Strategy and Communications Planning in 1995.

She was appointed as Group CEO of the agency in 2007.

Over the years Margaret has been instrumental in developing brand and communication strategies for companies such as InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Patek Philippe, ECCO, Timberland, Glenfiddich, Penfolds. and Value Retail.

In 2O06 Margaret was appointed as a Non- Exec of the Admiral Group. Post her retirement from the main Board in 2106 Margaret became member of the Confused and international price comparison boards of the Admiral Group.

Margaret is Co-Chair of the Tiffany Circle - the women’s philanthropy group who work on behalf of the Red Cross.

Margaret was awarded an OBE in the 2013 New Year’s Honours List for her services to the creative industry and voluntary services.

Owen  Dowling

At Leo Burnett, Owen worked with Nintendo for six years to take them out of the teenager’s bedroom and into the laughing, happy living room. He worked with the DWP’s chief psychologists to design the first digital jobseeker platform, during a recession. Large stints on P&G landed some hilarious Daz ads and less hilarious Romanian ones.

At Ogilvy Asia, Owen became head of planning for Singapore, looking after talent while also directly driving brands like Epson, Dove, Nike, Nestle, Hellmann’s B2B. He specialises in ideas that transform businesses, be that a new product, a new service or a new campaign. This work has led to many Cannes awards on Unilever, Coke and Allianz, but it is the effectiveness awards that make him see himself still in the street, getting the punters in.

Now back in London, Owen is keen to apply Asia’s faster, social-first approach to planning to ambitious brands that want a rocket ship.

Henry  Bartlam

Henry joins Leagas Delaney after 9 years at Ogilvy & Mather London. Starting with 3 years on the prestigious Ogilvy Fellowship Scheme, the opportunity to work across the different Ogilvy companies (BT with Ogilvy One, Bacardi and Nestle with Ogilvy Action and BP with Ogilvy Advertising) gave him the perfect platform from which to hone and develop his Account man skillset.

More recently, Henry has led the global Male Grooming business for Philips, alongside the premium British gin brand Sipsmith and the iconic wildlife charity, WWF. At the heart of everything Henry does is an absolute desire and determination to make the very best work for his clients, coupled with business change and results to match.

Henry is delighted to be joining the agency as Head of Account Management in this transformative era for Leagas Delaney.

Ellen Chng

Operational Director

Having spent years running digital and operations departments across London agencies, like BBH and Saint London, and establishing Critical Mass’s office in Asia-Pacific, Ellen now provides overall direction to all disciplines within Leagas Delaney, with the aim to deliver an excellent standard of marketing services specific to clients’ needs.

Ellen also has a depth of digital first experience, having previously lead digital transformations for brands like Citi Bank, as well as leading projects for the likes of Virgin Atlantic, Audi and London's Victoria & Albert Museum. 

Daniel Boyles

Creative Services Director

Daniel has over 19 years’ experience in advertising working across all media channels.

Prior to joining Leagas Delaney, Daniel was a Senior Project Manager at BBH New York where he helped to instil project management into the agencies culture. He was responsible for the day-to-day running of Axe (Lynx in the UK), Johnnie Walker, Baileys and Sony Ericsson.

Daniel joined Leagas Delaney in 2006 as a Senior Project Manager and was bought in to help set up Project Management at Leagas Delaney. In 2007 he was appointed Head of Creative Services and joined the London board of directors. In 2015, he was made Operations Director. He has managed brands across a range of sectors, such as BASF, Patek Philippe, Pictet, The Dalmore, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Penfolds, Eristoff, Timberland and Reebok.

Tom is one of the modern industry’s most revolutionary planners and has spent over a decade delivering work that changes businesses. He started his career as one of five fellows on the illustrious Ogilvy Fellowship and spent six years at the group working at OgilvyOne, Coley Porter Bell, Ogilvy & Mather and OgilvyRED, Ogilvy’s global consulting community, where he gained a solid understanding of how an idea can really change business. 

Tom has created strategies for iconic brands such as BP, IKEA, Dove, BA, Philips and Nespresso. He believes his role is to solve client’s business problem, rather than only deliver a marketing or communications objective.

Monika's first job was at Saatchi & Saatchi in her native Lithuania. Since then she has worked client side in Hong Kong and then upon her move to London has consulted for brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, Nestle and Sony Mobile. She joined Leagas Delaney after three years at Creativebrief where she focused on helping brands such as Virgin Atlantic, PepsiCo, LinkedIn and Starbucks amongst others to find the right agency partners. As such, she has a strong insight into the inner workings and challenges of marketers and their agency rosters, as well as great insights into topical marketing trends.
