Gareth joined Leo Burnett as CEO in 2017, from Fallon. He previously headed up the Sainsbury's account at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO before taking the role of CEO at Fallon in 2015.

With 20 years of experience as an award winning director, writer and creative director, Chaka has worked for the biggest broadcasters, brands and agencies worldwide.

She was recruited by ITV to set up their first in-house creative agency, production company and design studio and then spent a number of years at leading independent agency Mother, running a number of accounts and building their content ability, before joining Leo Burnett.

She has worked on countless brands including McDonalds, Boots, Coca Cola, Kellogg, Co-op, NSPCC, Stella Artois, Agent Provocateur and Adidas.

Since joining Leo Burnett in 2009, Josh has lead the strategy for McDonald’s UK, taking them in to their 46th quarter of consecutive growth. He has also worked across a number of heavily regulated markets including the Department for Transport and Bacardi Group. He was also instrumental in the launch strategy behind UK entertainment service Freeview.
