Ash, Brave’s MD, has always been attracted to smaller, independent agencies. Starting his career at BDP London, he moved to Dynamo where he experienced lengthy secondments at H.J. Heinz and J. Sainsbury that changed his outlook on the agency model. Ash joined Brave in 2005 when it was a three-man start-up and has helped build it to what it is today – an entrepreneurial, progressive and dynamic agency, with loyal client partners across the globe. Last year, he was invited to be a guest commentator for the final of the BBC’s The Apprentice UK, and you can see him speak this year at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity.

Mike brings almost 20 years of experience to Brave’s business from the world of digital, design and advertising.Previously he was the Executive Creative Director at The&Partnership Canada. His approach is simple: to create famous work that gets talked about over a pint.Since graduating from Central Saint Martins, Mike has worked at some of the best creative agencies in the world including: AMV BBDO, TBWA, Google Creative Lab , Toaster, Wieden + Kennedy and Adam and EVE DDB. Some of the brands that Mike has worked on include: Google, YouTube, Nissan, BBC, Wrigley, Guinness and BT. Mike was named the number 1 English Creative in The GUNN Report 2009, and was the youngest member of the AMV board aged 27. Mike likes green jumpers.

Helen is the newest member to join the Brave family.  Helen brings her knowledge and expertise to market and grow the agency.  She started her career in media, working for HTV as Sales and Marketing Executive for Wales and the West but switched to agency life where she spent 6 years in account management at the Saatchi empire, in both Dubai and  New York, working on clients including Delta Air Lines, General Mills, Xerox and Bell Atlantic. After moving to London she not only shifted continents but also discipline, taking on her first new business role at DLKW. Helen has helped grow some of London’s finest agencies including; TBWA, Fallon, McCann, Dare and Elvis. She took a brief dip into the world of fashion and retail working for Mary Portas, but she’s delighted to be back in adland and part of the Brave crew.  Helen also sits on the WACL Executive Committee and is a familiar face on the network circuit.

Liam brings over a decade of experience to Brave’s creative department, having been integral to some of the agency group’s most coveted and award-winning work. Since writing the agency’s first ever TV ad, Liam has gone on to create innovative integrated campaigns for the likes of Panasonic (including the brand’s first 3D cinema ad), encourage the nation to ‘Feel Good Cleaning’ with Ecover and, most recently, craft the ‘Find cars without the Carfuffle’ campaign for Motors.co.uk – starring a 2.5m-tall headless chicken called Hennifer.

Having joined Brave in 2005, Stefan's multicultural background and similarly multiple skillset brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and creative flair to the team. With over 12 years’ industry experience under his belt across various sectors and disciplines, Stefan heads the Motors.co.uk and Panasonic accounts in Brave, and is responsible for the strategic and creative delivery of their through-the-line campaigns in the UK and across Europe.
