Stuart has over 17 years’ experience in creating and launching multi-channel brands in all industry sectors.

Since setting up We Launch in 2010, he has led the team in rebranding Jetstar Airlines in Australia, as well as helping a number of new and existing companies establish market leading brand communication platforms in the UK and internationally – including British Bobsleigh & Skeleton, JEGI, British Fencing, UBM, The Post Office, Hotel Chocolat, Viacom, JLL, The British Retail Consortium and The Outward Bound Trust.

Adam brings over 16 years Client & Account Management experience from some of the world’s largest marketing, branding and design led agencies. Having worked on global and local accounts at all level of business, he has a deep understanding of a wide variety of industry sectors (inc. FMCG, Automotive, and B2B). 

He has a proven track record in supporting strategic planning, execution and evaluation of brand development, media and partnership / sponsorship activation, promotional campaigns directing and managing creative, design and account management teams within an agency structure and inputting to pan-agency workshops and sessions - ensuring the creative team delivers against the strategic and commercial challenges of the business. 

Notable clients include: Costa Coffee, Honda, Heineken, Nike, Suzuki, McDonalds, Jaguar Land Rover and Maersk Shipping.

Paul Bailey

Strategy Director

A commercially grounded brand communications strategy director and planner with 18 experience gained working on many of the world’s leading brands.

Paul specialises in an evidence-based communications planning approach and skilled at turning insight into action. Getting to the ‘nub’ that ties human behaviour and motivations together to maximise a brand’s opportunity.

He interprets audience data and makes sense in insight heavy environments or orientating in insight light ones, with particular experience in context and opportunity planning, shopper marketing and the role of digital and emergent technologies.


Rachel Dean

Account Director

An account manager with seven years’ experience, Rachel has worked on brand and digital projects for British Gas, Fight for Sight and the Kent Children’s Fund Network. She has helped to manage the rebranding of Lloyds TSB to Lloyds Bank, across the visual identity and naming projects through to fascia and website development. Her experience in top level client services means that she is adept at managing and planning projects of all shapes and sizes.

Rachel ensures that each and every project runs smoothly - ensuring we spend only the allotted hours on any phase of work, as well as making sure that everyone (us and the client) hits all agreed deadlines and key milestones. 

Matt Walpole

Prior to joining We Launch, Matt spent six years working for leading global brand communications agency Dragon Rouge. This experience led to him creating and launching new brand communications platforms for some of the world’s largest firms – such as 3M, Rio Tinto and Intercontinental Hotels Group. 

He has recently been involved in launching a new identity for Hempel, the billion-euro, coating solutions provider, and has overseen the creative development of Rio Tinto’s Innovation positioning across both external and internal global communications.

Notable clients include: M&S, Allen & Overy, CMS, Chapter Hotels, Kamstrup and Voya.
