Managing Director

Educated at London University, Mould began his career in PR and events helping to launch Windows 95 and Nintendo 65. He co-founded Slice in the late 90's and helped to create and build one of the UK's most successful agencies creating pan-European campaigns for the likes of Levi's, XBOX, Nike, Ericsson and Casio. 

After selling Slice to the Engine Group he became a Partner and delivered Nike's 2012 London Olympics campaigns before leaving to set up events and experiential agency XYZ in late 2012. XYZ are now a top ten U.K. agency working for the likes of Nike, Celebrity Cruises, Ray Ban, Esso, Size and JD Sports.

Paul trained in Theatre Production and Directing at the acclaimed Central School of Speech & Drama, after which he established a freelance career spanning live events, fashion and film production.

He worked extensively on London Fashion Week for the British Fashion Council, and as head of production for Ministry of Sound, where he toured the world producing large scale dance music events.

In 2003 Paul began working with Will Mould, joining Slice Events and producing international experiential campaigns for XBOX, Levi’s, Nike, GHD and Beck’s.

Paul and Will set up XYZ in 2012, having left Slice Events to establish their own independent brand experience agency. They continue to work with Nike (on a national, European and global level), along with new clients that include SSE, Harley Davidson, Sennheiser, Esso and Sony.

Paul is currently studying for an MSc Innovation, Creativity & Leadership at London’s Cass Business School, whilst continuing as Creative Director at XYZ.
