Lucy has 18 years experience at some of the UK’s top creative agencies. Her career has mapped the emergence of a new age in marketing and has included sectors as diverse as tourism, sport, electronics and alcohol. She has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands including Sony, Rimmel, Tourism Ireland and the Football Association.

Mobbie is a highly experienced digital and marketing strategy specialist, working with global brands for over 14 years. As Chief Strategy Officer at global agency We Are Social she oversees social strategies for clients such as Google, HSBC, Mondelz and Tesco with a focus on championing the role of social thinking to drive business value.

Previously at Digitas, Fishburn Hedges and JWT she has a background which spans digital, PR, advertising, and social media channels and a passion for developing integrated brand planning approaches.

Elie has over 20 years experience in the marketing world. Before joining We Are Social, Elie was group account director at innovation company AKQA.  Her experience spans a large number of sectors and clients including Royal Navy, Fiat, Unilever, Lancome and Xbox. Over the last few years at AKQA, Elie has focused on securing and building key pillar accounts for the agency, most notably Google+ and Mondelez.
