Tim has 20 years experience in account management, strategy and agency management across digital, direct and integrated marketing. He founded True with his fellow directors in 2004. As the executive point of contact for client relationships, Tim has a deep understanding of their business strategy and challenges and how True can help them exploit digital channels.

Tim is True's CEO, and a founding Director. He develops our business strategy, and heads up the agency management team. His irrepressible energy and enthusiasm comes from over 20 years of entrepreneurial endeavour in digital marketing. In 2004 he set up True Digital with fellow founding Director Tim Jones. As a team they revelled in the opportunity to create a brilliant new independent agency that believes in honesty, integrity and partnership.

Head of Strategy

James has spent the last five years leading strategy teams in media, creative and digital agencies. He has helped public and private sector clients such as EE, Public Health England, Lloyds Bank, Kellogg’s and DfE Teacher Recruitment. He has experience in media, advertising, digital, and currently sits on the IPA Strategy Group and the APG committee.

Head of Search, Social and Media

Tom has been working in digital for 6 years. As Head of the Search, Social & Media team, he is responsible for creating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies for our clients. After beginning his career growing a specialist accommodation start up, Tom has since gone on to develop search & media strategies for more than 80 local, national and international businesses including Pet Drugs Online, Furniture Village, Sawday's, and Fuller's Brewery.

Chris Westlake

Operations Director

Chris has been involved in digital for over 20 years, delivering everything from ecommerce sites and database applications to digital rebrands, research engagements and content projects. He’s worked with a number of major brands, including Furniture Village, John Lewis, English Heritage and Halfords. As well as overseeing delivery at True, Chris leads the requirements definition of key projects, working with internal teams and client stakeholders to scope and plan the solutions we provide.

Head of Technology

Dave has over 15 years’ experience in the technical development environment working his way from a coding background to leading the technology teams. He’s worked with a variety of Brands including Sky, STA Travel, Honda, RAC, Sainsbury’s along with several airports. A keen believer in technology as an enabler, he prides himself on seeing beyond the code. Dave’s ability to cut through technical complexity allows him to deliver fit for purpose solutions that exceed client expectations.
