Group managing director

Einir is a founding partner of Four and is a highly experienced communications professional with 20 years in agency and in-house. She is particularly skilled in delivery cross-discipline, national and international integrated campaigns.

Einir has day-to-day responsibility for the agency’s creative , digital,  central marketing and public sector practices and is one of our lead copywriters.

Einir managed the creative consumer programme for the switch-over for Chip and PIN through the Valentine’s Day I LOVE PIN campaign. Other client experience includes The Chartered Institute of Marketing,  Barclaycard, Fujitsu Siemens and Orange.

Einir headed up Four’s Dubai office for three years working with clients such as master developer Nakheel,  the Abu Dhabi Department of Transport,  Flash Entertainment (promoting events from UFC 112 to Beyonce and Tom Jones) and the Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Festival.

Before Four, Einir worked in-house at retail group Kingfisher and the corporate communications department of the BBC working on major internal and external programmes.

Andrew first established himself in the world of media as Regional Director of CIA with clients such as British Telecom, Hotpoint, Allied Maples, Eastern Electricity, Specsavers, Christian Dior and Northcliffe Newspapers.

In 1998 Andrew established Osborne Jack Media which became the UK's largest media planning and buying agency specialising in Property.

Andrew was later responsible for the formation of Pure Media Group Ltd part of Chime Communications plc, a property specialist, which also dealt in financial, consumer and motors with an estimated annual billing of £40m.

As a founding director of Four Media, Andrew has overseen the company’s billings grow from £2m in 2002 to over £20 m.

Paul has been with Four for six years, initially driving the integration of digital and social media across the agency’s client portfolio, ensuring that every member of each account team can proficiently plan, deliver and evaluate campaigns that are truly integrated.

He now focuses on developing innovative cross-discipline campaigns that bring together owned, earned and paid media across PR, social and search - but also other disciplines - to deliver measurable impact.

Clients include the Home Office, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, American Express, Risk Advisory Group, the NHS and the Payments Council.

Paul has over 15 years of predominantly agency experience – including a solid five years working in corporate and B2B PR targeting businesses from SME through to blue chip. He has combined his PR background with an innate understanding of both the technical and behavioural sides of digital marketing, social media and search – garnered through over 8 years of planning and running digitally integrated campaigns at a senior level.

Piers  Bracher

Piers joined Four Communications as client services director for the creative practice in January 2016.

Piers manages client relationships within the agency, both to bring added experience to the existing projects and to develop new business.

Piers is also responsible for strategic brand positioning and facilities workshops for clients in the early stages of their brand development.

Following a brief spell in the armed forces, Piers joined Lowe Howard-Spink and later McCanns, managing international advertising accounts for brands such as Stella Artois, Nestle, L’Oreal and American Express Gold Card.

Piers also managed high profile luxury brands such as Cunard, Orient-Express, Sotheby’s and Abercrombie & Kent travel.

Prior to Four, Piers founded Diamond Conspiracy in 2005, whose many clients include Theo Fennell, The Ritz London, Pandora, Browning and Rocco Forte Hotels.

John  Scully

Group creative director

John joined Four as creative director in January 2016, following the acquisition of the senior management team at Diamond Conspiracy.

John’s advertising career started in Africa where he worked on many international brands and earned many awards.

Following this he returned to McCanns in London and subsequently enjoyed creative direction roles at FCB, Bozell, Pentamark and BBDO.

John’s creative leadership spans right across the media spectrum, from international  advertising campaigns for Chrysler, Jeep, American Express Gold Card and The Famous Grouse, to rebranding The Ritz London and Browning’s hand-made shotguns.

His skills in both art direction and copywriting bring senior experience to the creative and design practice at Four.

Antonina  Savchenko

Tonia joined the Four Media practice as an account executive in 2006, having graduated from Oxford University with a BA (Hons) in Modern History and Russian.

Tonia previously worked at KPMG Moscow, first in in their Risk Management department, then in Marketing.

Tonia has a wide range of experience in marketing and media, working with major brands such as Lloyd’s of London and Knight Frank, both in the UK and Internationally.

Over her 10 years in media, Tonia has established unrivalled relationships the key media owners, working closely with them to deliver innovative, multi-channel solutions for her clients.

Tonia’s strategic and coordinated approach has directed the agency’s specialism in delivering some of the best in industry acquisition focused multi-channel campaigns.

Kath is one of the UK’s leading brand content strategists with over 25 years experience at connecting high-value audiences with key messaging via targeting and segmentation.

She is an expert in creating communication strategies that disrupt, during crisis management and change.

Clients include healthcare (Puressentiel, Infirst, HRA Pharma), entertainment (Global Radio, Guinness World Records), and hospitality (BBC Good Food Show, Gardener’s World Live).

She co-developed the agency’s full suite of content marketing services, Engage360, spanning content strategy, campaign asset creation, 24/7 community management and paid social media, which allows brands and businesses to ensure that the right messaging reaches the right audiences at key campaign points.

Before co-founding Four Engage, Kath was Editorial Director at WPP’s Forward, responsible for customer programmes including finance (Barclays, Standard Life) retail (Tesco, B&Q), automotive (Ford) and luxury (Bang & Olufsen, Patek Philippe).

Rachel  O’Sullivan

Rachel is a digital pioneer and strategist with 25 years experience who believes that the key to effective communications is a deep understanding of the barriers and motivations of each brand’s target audiences.

She is an expert at harnessing emerging technology to inform ever more effective data-driven campaigns.

Clients include Pharma (Pfizer, GSK, Merck); Travel (Thai Tourism Authority, Shorex) and Utilities (Virgin Media).

She co-developed the agency’s proprietary
data-led insights methodology, Mapper360TM, delivering deeper insights that inform all aspects of campaign strategy. Services include proactive, data-driven crisis management; brand and competitor benchmarking and buzz analysis; and influencer mapping. Shortlisted for Best Use of Insights at The Drum’s Social Buzz Awards, this methodology allows brands to identify target and connect with high value audiences for rapid change.

Before co-founding Four Engage, Rachel held senior roles at Pfizer, NCR, Deep Group and Channel Four Interactive.

Nan  Williams

Nan Williams is one of the UK's most senior corporate communications consultants, specialising in corporate reputation, crisis and issues management, CSR, employee communication and strategic consulting.

She was UK chief executive of Charles Barker / BSMG Worldwide from 1997 to 2001 and also a director of the BSMG Worldwide European and global boards.

She was one of the founders of Four in 2001. Nan has run programmes at Four for, among others, 2011 Census, the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), Grant Thornton International, Barclaycard and UK Payments.

She got her MBA from the Cranfield School of Management. As well as her work in communications, Nan has also been a director of the London Print Studio and Centrepoint Trading. Nan has been listed in the PR Week Power Book since 2007.

 

Ray  Eglington

Ray Eglington is one of the four founding partners who originally set up the company in 2001.

With more than 25 years’ in-house and agency PR experience, Ray’s skills lie in crisis and issues management, media relations, campaigns and lobbying, and international PR programme management.

Before starting Four, Ray was a main board director at Charles Barker BSMG Worldwide, the UK’s sixth-largest agency, and before that, he held positions as a director at Countrywide Porter Novelli and as European public relations manager for Sabre / American Airlines.

Ray advises major Middle East and international brands on corporate reputation, including Etihad Aviation Group, Abu Dhabi Media, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, Abu Dhabi Airports Company, Alitalia and airberlin.

Today, he runs the company’s Middle East operations, headquartered in the UAE. Under his leadership, Four has been named Middle East Agency of the Year in three of the last four years. 

John   Lehal

John is chief executive of Four’s combined public affairs businesses and sits on our Operating Board. He is involved in strategy development and providing senior counsel to a range of clients including Paddy Power Betfair, Novartis, Camden Town Business Improvement District, and the Local Government Association.

John established Insight Consulting Group in 2006, growing the business into a top 10 UK public affairs agency before it was acquired by Four Communications Group in January 2017.

Described by the PR Week Power Book as “a leading political comms expert”, John has established many campaigning coalitions and has a track record of developing public policy initiatives that have informed and shaped Government policy.  He is a former parliamentary candidate and in 2015 took a four month sabbatical to serve as campaign director for Andy Burnham is his bid for the leadership of the Labour Party.

John is a Trustee of Intern Aware: the campaign for fair internships, and an Ambassador for Taylor Bennett Foundation.

Nick Clark

Nick has worked in public relations since 1990.

He has represented a wide range of private sector organizations during his career, running busy press offices, delivering behaviour change campaigns and working with clients to ensure that they achieve results and value for money through the application of Four PR’s planning and evaluation methodologies.

He is a experienced consumer and corporate PR practitioner advising on messaging, strategy, media training and crisis and issues management.

He has worked with organizations as varied as American Express,  Annheuser Busch, The UK Government and business to consumer (working on a series of impressive behaviour change campaigns as a planner and creative director and world famous consumer brands).

Nick is managing director of Four PR and also an operating board director of Four Communications. In this role he leads multi-disciplinary teams on Government and private sector campaigns.

Anne   Clarke

Anne has over fifteen years’ experience working both in consumer PR and for public sector clients for Westminster, Scottish and Irish public sector bodies and Government departments.

Anne heads up the Behaviour Change and Campaigning team within Four Communications Group Ltd.

Anne also worked with Tourism Ireland for five years, and during that time has been part of the team that worked together to deliver activity around the visit of HM the Queen to Ireland, The State visit of President Higgins to Great Britain, working with the team on the launch of Titanic Belfast, the Wild Atlantic Way, Derry-Londonderry City of Culture and Dublin Now products.

All of Anne’s client work includes digital and social activity from running social media, creative blogger campaigns, stakeholder outreach and game creation.

Across her work for American Express and Cyber Security for the Home Office she is involved in high level planning and strategy sessions with advertising and media buying agencies including Ogilvy, M&C Saatchi, Mindshare and M4C.
