Having studied Business Management at Bath University Jono then went straight to work in London for Naked Communications before spending seven years as a strategist at Karmarama.

 

When he founded Otherway in 2013, a simple passion for making good ideas happen was the driving force that helped create, launch and grow a number of successful brands such as the boutique spinning concept, Psycle London and British watch brand Farer.

 

Today he leads strategy at Otherway and enjoys nothing more than applying the learnings from fast growing new brands to more established businesses. He remains an active investor in a number of consumer led brands through Otherway Ventures.

Ben combines strategy, creativity and design in his role across all Otherway clients. With over 15 years experience in brand marketing, Ben has led design strategy for global brands such as ASOS, Kurt Geiger, Virgin Atlantic, Patek Philippe and Soho House Group.

 

After a decade of leading creative teams across marketing agencies, innovation companies and branding studios, Ben launched Studio&Co; a customer experience agency working with brands from Coca-Cola to Fortnum & Mason across the customer experience.  In 2014, Studio&Co merged with Otherway to create today’s multi-disciplined studio.

Stuart has nearly 10 years experience working in established agencies and running start ups. Graduating from Nottingham University Business School, his career began at Media Arts Lab working on the Apple account - running pan-Euro iPhone and iPod launches. A move to Karmarama followed, before moving to start-up agency Sunshine to head up client services on founding client Skype.

Stuart joined Otherway in 2014 as Managing Director. He heads up client services and oversees the growth of the company. It’s his job to create the conditions and relationships, with clients and staff, so we deliver the very best strategic and creative work. He is also an investor in Farer watches.
