Having held Commercial and Strategic Director roles across accelerators, startups, digital product businesses (Fonix / MIG) and digital agencies (Blue Barracuda, Hi Mum! Said Dad), he has workd with brands including ITV, Williams F1, Mondelez, Lynx, Infiniti, Tastecard, Comic Relief, BBC, News International, Harrods and Evernote.

Jake is global Executive Creative Director at Toaster, overseeing Toaster’s creative output across the London, New Delhi, San Francisco and Singapore offices. Previously, Jake was Creative Director at Poke London across Orange, Heineken, Ted Baker and other clients. Prior to that, he was Creative Director at AKQA, heading their work on the Nike account in Western Europe, after having led the opening of the AKQA Tokyo office.

Zanya set up Toaster’s strategic offering across London, New Delhi, San Francisco, and Singapore. She works closely with client teams to understand their audience, existing brand perceptions, changing digital behaviours, relevant cultural or category trends to unpick the most critical insights. These help her shape future ready brand and communication strategies that always tie back to core business challenges. She has spent the past 10 years with digital agencies like R/GA, Isobar (Dentsu Aegis), and DigitasLBi. Beyond recent work with Google brands (APAC, US, and EMEA), her experience covers the spectrum from digital-first to heritage brands including Evernote, Facebook, BetVictor, Unilever, Kellogg's, Nike, Virgin Atlantic, and Bacardi.
