Rob Doubal is Co-President and CCO of McCann London.  He started his career as a writer at start-up agency John Doe in Amsterdam and after three years creating content for MTV, and having helped MTV Benelux to be voted most creative region worldwide, Rob moved to Mother London where he teamed up with Lolly Thomson. 

After creating award winning work across the full range of Mother's clients, the pair moved to Wieden and Kennedy London as Creative Directors.   Two years later Rob and Lolly were appointed Executive Creative Directors at McCann London and then promoted to head up the agency as Co-Presidents and Chief Creative Officers. 

2016 has seen their work for McCann London receive recognition on the international stage, winning 19 Cannes Lions and landing several more in the Clio, D&AD & The One Show award shows. McCann London became the most awarded UK agency at Cannes Lions 2016, making it a breakthrough year for the agency.

Alex joined us here at McCann London January 2016 as CEO but knows the agency all too well with being CMO of McCann North America since 2012, overseeing all business activity in the region helping the growth to an exceptional level before organically being promoted to the role as global CMO two years later.

As New-York based CMO he has led efforts resulting in the addition of Microsoft and Reckitt Benckiser to the agency’s client roster. Before joining McCann, the U.K. native served as senior vice president, new business at Grey.

Laurence Thomson is Co-President and CCO of McCann London. After graduating with an MA in communications design from Central St Martins and a stint working as an illustrator, Lolly started his advertising career with Mother in 2001 where he teamed up with Rob Doubal in 2006.

The pair created award-winning work across the full range of Mother's clients, before eventually moving to Wieden and Kennedy London as Creative Directors. Two years later Rob and Lolly were appointed Executive Creative Directors at McCann London and then promoted to head up the agency as Co-Presidents and Chief Creative Officers. 2016 saw their work receive accolades across the international stage, winning 19 Cannes Lions as well as sweeping the board at the Clios, D&AD & The One Show, while also placing Rob and Lolly in Campaign’s Top 20 ranking of UK Creative Leaders.

McCann London was the most awarded UK agency at Cannes Lions 2016, UK Agency of the Year at the Clios and Top 10 agency in the world according to the Gunn Report, making it a breakthrough year for the agency.

Chief Financial Officer

Saj  joined  McCann  London  as  Chief  Financial  Officer  in  2012  after  a  long  history  within  the  McCann Group. Despite a Degree in Design Engineering Saj joined McCann Birmingham as Purchase Ledger Clerk in  1992  and  proceeded  to  study  for  his  accountancy  exams,  becoming  Financial  Controller  and  then Head of Commercial Finance at McCann Manchester. Earlier this year he added Chief Operating Officer to his title.

His thirst for knowledge is not limited to the remits of accountancy: Latterly he has gained an MBA with Distinction  at  Manchester  Business  School  and  continues  to  challenge  himself,  both  professionally  and personally.

Sheryl Marjoram

Sheryl has and always will be in advertising, clocking nearly thirty years under the belt to date.

She started in Australia with Mattingly and Partners, an advertising agency in service of most of Australia's large retail accounts including Coles Myer.

Sheryl moved with them from Melbourne to Sydney to help set up their retail offering there.

Before moving to the UK sheryl was with The Campaign Palace, Australia's Agency of the Decade where she headed up the four Tier One Olympic accounts ahead of the Australian Olympics in 2000 where the most awarded Olympic campaign was born.

Shery has been in the U.K for some fifteen years having worked in large agencies as Head of Client Services at Euro RSCG, global Managing Partner on Dove, Expedia and SCJohnson at Ogilvy and in independents as Chief Culture and New Business Officer at CP+B UK and Managing Partner, PR  and New Business at Mother London.

Before joining us as MD at McCann London. sheryl was at Publicus  Groupe heading up an 'agency within an agency' for Asda.
