Problem

The John Lewis Partnership's 81,000 partners own and work for John Lewis and Waitrose. Their working patterns, environments and access to technology in the workplace vary greatly. The business needed a solution for all employees to collaborate and feel connected to each other and the wider organisation.

Solution

After a series of site visits and workshops we uncovered the requirements for all the core audiences. Combining observation, interviews and research we came up with the 'Partner First' concept.

This concept inspired us to create a personalised intranet to encourage collaboration and support each partner in their day-to-day work.
