In a world of taxi proliferation Addison Lee needed to reassert their difference on the market. As Uber dug themselves into a PR hole we returned to what made Addison Lee London's premier car provider - its service.

We developed a mixed media relaunch campaign across OOH print and digital that not only cemented a new brand line ‘At your service’, but landed standout service feature such as phone chargers and hundreds of cars at Heathrow.

A brand new look and feel focused on content passengers in-car and graphically completed a distinct and premium aesthetic.


Positive growth in key brand metrics, including awareness, familiarity, consideration and a +61% increase in preference, across our B2B and B2C audiences.

These uplifts have converted into an uptake in usage.
