The Problem

Millennials are distrustful of beauty brands and their ethics as multinationals continue to give beauty a bad name. Launching to this sceptical market was not ideal for Australian beauty brand, Nude by Nature. Furthermore, they were relying on PR alone to drive the brand's presence across Europe.

The Strategy

Different by nature - differentiate by honing in on the products’ natural ingredients, cruelty free credentials and the brand’s Australian heritage.

The Idea

The Natural Choice – we’ve underpinned all European activity around Nude by Nature’s natural ethos. We’ve produce everything from breath-taking product education events in both hipster Hamburg and in the form of yoga on top of London's Shard, to selecting the right influencers and media partners.

From a Christmas influencer dinner at Soho Haus Berlin to the launch of retail partnerships with Karstadt in Germany and Debenhams in UK, we continue to successfully run their European press office and tailor international tool kits which deliver aspirational events for consumers, top media, retail partners and bloggers.

The Impact

PR was the only discipline used in Europe and through intensive coverage in lifestyle and beauty pages Nude by Nude was stocked in key department stores in France, Germany and UK. In one year, the brand’s ranking (2015 – 2016) rose from 2,622 to 298 amongst beauty brands. This represented an 800% uplift through PR alone.
