Sony Mobile – Miami Tennis

The Brief

Activate Sony’s sponsorship of the Miami Masters, a prestigious ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event. 

The Solution

Designed and built a multi purpose on-site brand experience allowing Sony to engage with key customers, VIPs and consumers.

Managed all production aspects alongside VIP guest management for all 14 days of the tournament. Also produced and managed Sony’s end of event Gala Dinner.

The Outcome

Hosted over 1,500 guests throughout the tournament. Every year the event increased its hosting platform, building important stakeholder relationships, providing access to Sony products, world-class matches and tennis players.

Infrared managed this experience for eight years. The tournament is now sponsored by Itaú however we are retained by Sony across all other Sony sponsorship properties.
