Train operating company c2c asked us to revitalise their brand across all communications, including their advertising and website. It had to be accessible to their diverse audiences: everyone from commuters and c2c employees to day-trippers and senior citizens. They needed a brand that was both eye-catching and informative.


Our revised brand architecture and repositioning placed the customer central to our new brand promise, whilst empowering c2c staff in everything they do. From train livery and stations to point-of-sale and website, our brand activation ensured no stone was left unturned in delivering the railway driven by you.

Visually, we produced a vibrant brand narrative led by bold, colourful and fun illustrations, ensuring engagement and conveying a sense of adventure and variety.
