Opportunity

We were approached by Complete Outdoors, an independent outdoor activity specialist to help them refine their brand strategy and look and feel both in-store, online and across all other channels including social media. Their key challenge was a lack of brand awareness and recognition amongst their target audience both locally and online.
 


Idea

We recognised the importance of the developing of a strong, impactful brand identity to drive engagement and brand recognition and so their new brand was brought to life. At the heart of the brand was a strong, simple and immediately identifiable logo to distinguish the store from its competitors and the introduction of a motivating strapline ‘Go Anywhere. Do Anything’. We then helped to roll the brand out across all channels, including store design, POS, online and all other sales collateral to ensure a consistent brand message across all touch-points.
 

Results

Brand awareness and recognition amongst the target audience has more than doubled amongst the target audience and this has resulted in a significant uplift in sales and staff morale and pride at work.
