£10 million in new business through creativebrief in last month

This month we have client briefs covering a range of different disciplines from advertising to field marketing and print production. Client confidentially is paramount here at creativebrief so unfortunately we cannot disclose any further details but will do so as soon as it comes into the public domain.

However, we are proud that these briefs represent a considerable opportunity for our members.
Agency "filter" service for clients is launched

creativebrief aims to make fielding cold calls a thing of the past. This month has seen the launch of filter. Recognising that client marketing and procurement personnel have little time to monitor cold calls and direct marketing collateral from agencies and suppliers, we spent the last few months developing the filter service alongside one of our major clients. filter provides management of all incoming "cold calls" to client marketing and/or procurement departments. The service also includes sorting, cataloguing and reporting of marketing material sent to clients.

The benefits of the filter service are:

  • cuts out the hassle of fielding cold calls
  • ensures that potentially important business partners are not overlooked
  • provides objective benchmarking of potential suppliers in advance of meeting
  • monthly audits from creativebrief on supplier approaches

In order that we can further develop the filter product to match your requirements please just take a few moments to complete our online survey. If you would like to find out more please do not hesitate to call Tom Lucas, our Head of Client Services, on +44 (0)20 7478 8200.

creativebrief - the next generation

Our online database has been central to the success of creativebrief so, rather than rest on our laurels, we have begun the development of the next generation creativebrief site. This is being headed up by Rob Armstrong, who has over nine years experience in the Advertising Production Industry- Rob has worked extensively in the building, integration and deployment of intranet based applications within this sector.

Previously Rob was IT manager and New Media Manager of TagWorldwide, working on a number of client projects including Nike and Seagrams. He was also a partner in FourGritti, a Leicester Square based communications agency and has worked as a Technical Consultant on large integration projects for clients including PernodRicard, Ladbrokes and Egg.
