More UK and international briefs and reviews
Increasing client engagement is driving up both the volume and range of briefs
and service provider reviews, both in the UK and international markets. Experiential
marketing remains a key area with drinks clients in particular keen to source
specialist creative agencies with strong credentials in this burgeoning area.
Several briefs are currently live, with more in the pipeline. Client interest
in the healthcare PR field continues to fuel the growth of this specialist
sector. The latest brief from a global brand is targeting small-medium size
specialist healthcare PR agencies.
On the UK agency side we also have briefs from a number of independent UK
agencies seeking agency partners offering different expertise. Current reviews
are underway for UK agencies in digital marketing, PR, research, integrated
media, brand advertising and data planning. Activity in this area is accelerating
as our account management team works with individual agencies to help them
maximise the value of their membership.
International agency reviews are also a frequent request as those with global
and regional client responsibilities are using creativebrief to complete the
initial review and shortlist process. The benefit of course is that clients
or agencies do not have to travel the world to conduct at least their initial
local market review - saving time, money and hassle.
Recent advertising reviews have been completed in Russia and France on behalf
of both client and agency members. In the past year creativebrief has completed
other projects both for clients and agencies seeking partners across Northern
Europe, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Australia, Japan,
South Korea, Canada and China. In turn we have received enquiries from clients
and agencies across a number of these countries seeking support with their
UK agency search.
creativebrief is committed to building strong agency content in key markets
around the world. If you require advice or support with any international or
UK projects, please call Paul Duncanson (Managing Director) on +44 (0) 20 7478
8200.

Client Support Programme goes live
Following the piece in our July newsletter, creativebrief has responded to
client demand by launching its new Client Support Programme ("CSP").
The CSP offers clients a range of "pay as you go" (project only)
or retainer-based options for securing project support from the creativebrief client services team. Whether you are a global, national or small-medium size
organisation there is an option tailored to your needs. Key client users include
marketing, procurement, corporate brand communications and research teams.
The CSP covers all account handling of any project or brief, including initial
agency search, communication with selected agencies, collating electronic or
hard copy materials for client review, client - creativebrief meetings, advisory
support and ongoing management of all other relevant requests from the above
client departments.
Managing Director and Head of Client Services, Paul Duncanson said "having
been a client myself I have taken a close interest in the development of the
CSP product. We believe the combination of our online search and selection
service, supported by our team offers clients a very attractive option in the
search and procurement area. Whether it is about completing due diligence on
a major brief or agency review, or the need to review and select an agency
quickly on a smaller tactical brief, creativebrief offers valuable benefits
in terms of convenience, flexibility of use, cost savings, speed and market
reach."
For more information on the CSP and the options available, please call Paul
Duncanson (Managing Director) on +44 (0) 20 7478 8200.

Give
creativebrief feedback on what you want
Over the next ten days creativebrief will be conducting an online survey of
its client and agency members and prospective members. If you receive a survey
form, we would be most grateful if you would take five minutes to complete
the questions and submit your answers.
Clients and service providers will receive separate surveys designed to help
us better understand your wants and needs, and the relative importance to you
of the various services and benefits available. creativebrief has already responded
to previous client feedback with the launch of its new Client Support Programme.
We intend to use the survey results to help shape the development of the creativebrief service.
The survey is being co-ordinated by Sam Cox, the latest addition to the creativebrief team. Sam is an MBA student at Cass Business School (London) who is currently
working with our senior management team on a strategic business development
project. With experience in the New York agency scene, a period developing
technology opportunities in Canada and China and the energy and insight of
a typical MBA, Sam is proving a valuable addition to the team.
As Sam explains, "part of my work involves assessing the relative criteria
clients and agencies use when they judge the value of the often abstract services
offered by creative and marketing communications agencies. Such a service cannot
be easily commoditised, but there are methods for objectively evaluating agency
capabilities. For example, third party agency reviews provide a powerful validation
tool. This concept is used on a number of major US sites in other industries
where goods and services are reviewed online prior to purchase."
