creativebrief has just completed its second year of operation. Naturally it
is a good time to reflect on what we've achieved since opening our doors on
21st October 2002.
First of all creativebrief would like to thank all our members, and everyone
who has supported us. We look forward to continued growth and to building strong
relationships with all our client and agency members.
We are proud of the progress we have made in a relatively short period of
time. From our beginnings as a small team operating out of my house, creativebrief
has evolved into a business that currently attracts 6,500 searches a month
on its global interactive platform (www.creativebrief.com). Added to this we
are seeing an increasing flow of client projects outsourced to our service
team. creativebrief now comprises 15 professionals and is based in Soho, the
heart of London's medialand.
Today we work with some of the leading clients and agencies in the world,
and having completed over 1,500 meetings since launch we have a very good understanding
of our members and prospects needs. Our aim is to ensure the creativebrief service satisifies the key requirements of all our clients and agencies in
the respective areas of search, procurement and new business.
While 2004 has seen us focus on building a strong UK market presence, our
clients are opening up new opportunities for us in key international markets.
Looking ahead, we will continue to build our content for leading agencies and
suppliers across all the key disciplines both in the UK, and selected international
markets where clients wish to do business.
We see tremendous potential in our new client support programme. This programme
enables clients to outsource a range of projects to our client services team.
This new initiative is enabling creativebrief to develop strong relationships
with key individuals at various levels within client organisations. The result
is a growth in the frequency and diversity of projects and briefs generated
by clients. This growth in activity will continue to drive up the value we
offer our agency members.

Public Relations has always been an important agency sector in creativebrief's
plans, and central to our growth and development. Deeper client relationships
are now generating a number of exciting PR briefs and sector-related projects
for us.
Our most recent brief is to source a group of leading PR agencies with specialist
expertise and a proven track record in the automotive sector. The client is
a major player in the automotive industry and currently reviewing their PR
account. This is a prestigious and sizeable PR account which would represent
flagship business for any agency.
Other recent PR activity has originated from clients in food, healthcare,
lifestyle and financial services. We believe our access to brand communications
and procurement professionals, as well as the marketing teams, will continue
to generate further growth in the PR sector. Currently creativebrief offers
