In an industry that often defaults to shortcuts, superficial stereotypes and euphemisms in the name of ‘staying aspirational’, this event will ask questions that are rarely asked and dive into the reality of the Menopause to call for solidarity and support.

We will reflect on what pushed AMV and TENA to create #TheLastLonelyMenopause (winner of the Channel 4 Diversity in Advertising award) and discuss the progress – or lack of – that is being made inside companies and agencies since Channel 4 pioneered a menopause policy to better support their employees.
