Break expectations

Manchester United are a team that have always broken expectations: Doubles. Trebles. Winning it ‘with kids’. Even the sponsorship deal itself sent shockwaves through the game when it became the most valuable in football history.

Shot by Nabil, director of Kanye’s ‘Glow in the dark’ tour, our inaugural shirt launch campaign uses Man Utd’s iconic trident to capture the club’s spirit of unstoppable progress and ambition.

The work was adidas' most succesful digital campaign to date, seeing 212 million impressions in the first 10 days. There was also a 200% increase in shirt sales from the previous year.
