We all need a purpose. Ours is to create interesting ideas for brands - ideas that audiences will find relevant and engage with in deeper, more meaningful ways.

Only interesting ideas make a difference. The rest are ignored, scrolled past, talked over and dismissed. Interesting demands attention, provokes debate, gets shared and invites participation. Interesting ideas drive behaviour change; they get women exercising, inspire people to test drive electric cars, take the homeless off the streets and stop kids carrying knives.
