Opportunity
Sony needed an international solution that would allow for tailor-made point of sale support for the latest Smurf movie, driven by what the retail space would allow.
Idea
We created a toolkit – segmented by different design themes and size solutions – presenting different ways to merchandise the DVD release including a range of fun and engaging promotional items. The different packs were made available to the markets via an online portal, so local offices could select the solution that met their channel needs.
Results
125 countries used the promotional toolkit.
