Shared Ownership Week is an awareness week that brings the top organisations in property together, offering a range of expert advice and quality London properties – all with the view of enabling first time buyers to gain a foot on the property ladder.
We were briefed to put the message across that in the face of escalating property prices, first time buyers can gain invaluable guidance that will enable them to buy in London through shared ownership.
London living wages for young professionals are wildly disproportionate to the ever-increasing property prices. Shared Ownership Week wanted to reveal that despite this growing gap, first time buyers were still able to get on the property ladder.
Kemosabe developed a campaign concept of 'Snakes and Property Ladders'. This played on the difficulties today’s first-time buyers come across when having to rent while trying to buy. This full 360 campaign featured across London’s underground, network rail, press, digital, social, podcasts and London Home Show event.

Kemosabe created a new fully dynamic and optimised website with live interactive links to each partner's developments. We also filmed and produced content featuring TV presenter & influencer AJ Odudu.
