In 2016, The Famous Grouse had seen sales fall in the preceding 2 years, this decline made it more dependent on value pricing to drive sales. We were tasked to come up with a new strategy and campaign to arrest these declines and to stabilise brand power.

Relaunch the brand icon in his Highland home.

THE RESULTS

The Famous Grouse had a record breaking run up to Christmas: with the market share climbing to 28%, the highest ever. And the second airing of the campaign in Christmas 2017 pushed it up to 38.5%, at the expense of competitor brands.
