Background

  • DHL Express wanted to launch a new global digital campaign
  • This was a brand-focused campaign talking to the pain points of e-commerce users, helping to increase awareness, engagement and lead generation
  • The campaign would be active across various channels and media, both paid and organic
  • Countries required a campaign toolkit which would be easy-to-use and could be deployed quickly

What we did

  • Devised and implemented a strategic global plan 
  • Created the new ‘Where Everything Clicks’ digital campaign focusing on potential e-commerce customers 
  • Created an engaging campaign brand whilst working within the corporate design standards 
  • Developed a toolkit with over 200 campaign assets in 3 months 
  • Assets included videos, photography, landing pages, articles, country guides, case studies, downloadable content, display ads, YouTube pre-roll ads, and event materials 



  • Launched the campaign globally across multiple countries and platforms 
  • Co-ordinated with media partners on behalf of the client to build and launch the campaign 
  • Provided real-time dashboard reporting on campaign performance to the client
