Bravery – *eye roll* Yeah alright, fair enough. But hear us out. We’re committed to being your unwavering voice of the consumer – one that strives to champion audiences, not marketing directors and that takes real guts.
A hunger for knowledge – We make it our mission to never stop learning; always delivering new perspectives, never second-hand, one-size-fits-all gobbledegook. Continued personal development is huge here and we work with the likes of D&AD, IPA, Google and CIM to make sure our team have the tools they need to grow and then grow some more.
Play to your strength – Our campaign methodology is all about identifying and utilising the natural strength that a brand possesses. We use the same thinking as an agency too; utilising our seemingly small appearance to be the agile and inspired, human decision-makers that we are.
Real AF – S|3 is not another locked away from normality, out of touch with reality, pretentiously average agency. We’ve got the fresh, ever-changing mind-set of a consumer and love to do things differently. We’re genuine and proudly headquartered in Wales - yet you’ll never hear a ‘Baa’ from over here.
