The longer we live, the more help we need. A Lasting Power of Attorney gives the people we trust the right to help us with decisions about finances or medical treatment, when we can’t make decisions ourselves. But how could we get people who don’t know they need an LPA to take one out?
When you talk about legal documents as legal documents, they sound dry. But they exist to help human beings. So, we communicated Lasting Power of Attorney in concrete, human terms – asking the question, "Who will speak for you when you can’t speak for yourself?" Our creative idea showed how taking out an LPA could strengthen the emotional relationship between parents and children, bringing families closer together than ever before.
