Lockdown caused Pizza Pilgrim's 13 restaurants to close. We took the pizzerias online with the nationwide launch of Pizza by Post, which brought the signature sourdough base and homemade sauces to Brit's homes. The pizzas sold out in 37 seconds, generating a six-week waiting list
