Advertising Week Europe has revealed the winners of the inaugural Future is Female Awards, which honours and celebrates ten outstanding rising stars in advertising and marketing.

The awards recognise the women in the industry making a tangible difference to challenge the status quo and create organisational change in the creative industries.

The judging criteria for the awards had a strong focus on impact. Winners were chosen for their actions, including their ability to mentor others and demonstrate ‘best in class leadership’.

These rising stars have not only excelled in their own careers but have improved diversity and inclusion in advertising and marketing for others too.
