We have been working with RBH for over 18 months on Mell Square. RBH run all of our marketing initiatives, including social media, PR, creative, media and digital advertising, plus tenant liaison meetings. In 2017, RBH was appointed as the retained PR and social media agency for Great Western Arcade in Birmingham, and is tasked with further raising the profile of this iconic city centre shopping destination, whilst supporting its unique mix of retailers. We deliver a programme of tailored media relations, PR, full social media management, content creation, events and community engagement. A particular focus for the arcade is to raise its profile with consumers outside of the region and with oversees visitors. We worked with Visit Britain to secure the arcade as one of only four locations in Birmingham for them to film at, with the aim of creating a film to promote the UK to American tourists.
