That means scouring the world for inspiration to feed into campaigns that really change people's behaviour, networking like a maniac, keeping the entrepreneurial spirit of the agency cranked up to 10, and helping to mentor the next generation of industry leaders. Previous agency experience includes spells at Triangle, Billington Cartmell and Arc.

After graduating from art college in 1985, Nick spent the formative years of his career at the Triangle Group, becoming Creative Director in 1990 and Group Creative Director in 1998. Along the way he helped launch Storm, a specialist retail agency and following the sale of Triangle to Publicis Groupe, a number of secondments followed including helping PublicisMojo in Sydney win the Nescafe account.

In May 2005 he launched Woo as part of the Engine Group, which quickly established itself landing major blue-chip clients including Abbey, Beck's and The Famous Grouse.

In October 2008, the lure of renewing his partnership with Jamie resulted in him joining INITIALS. Equally at home art directing, designing or writing, Nick has nurtured and managed creative teams that have won over 150 industry awards in the last 16 years. He has chaired numerous MCCA, ISP and APMC awards panels in the UK and Ireland.

With a degree in Business Studies, Richard joined Purchasepoint working on Ford Credit, BT Cellnet and PepsiCo. After broadening his experience at Carlson Marketing Group and Team LGM, Richard moved to Dynamo (now Wax) where he remained for 6 years, rising to Client Services Director and managing key clients such as Danone, UB, Sainsbury's and Heinz.

Another founding member of INITIALS, Richard is an expert in ROI modeling and is passionate about demonstrating the effectiveness of the work we do. Richard is also spearheading our international work for PepsiCo.

Simon graduated with a degree in management and business (specialising in design) from Aston University. He built his career over 18 years within the Billington Cartmell group where as a director he both developed and headed up the Creative Planning discipline across the group's three component businesses. Having worked extensively across most FMCG sectors both in the UK and internationally, Simon is a vocal champion of integrating the creative and planning processes to ensure more cohesive and accountable work. His most notable campaigns have included work for Green & Black's, Morrisons, Diageo, Panasonic and Mazda.

A degree in Graphic Communications contributes to her keen eye for detail and perfection within every aspect of her work. This guarantees the very best results for our clients through her professionalism, while her friendly nature builds and sustains good relationships.

Rachel has worked within the live events industry for over 10 years and gained a wide portfolio of clients and expertise. Her events background has proven to be an invaluable asset in shaping her expertise in a boarder marketing and live engagement role.

Rachel current heads up the Live Engagement offering at INITIALS and is passionate about developing a team who's meticulous planning and innovative thinking consistently craft brand experiences to be proud of, in the live environment.

Peter tells us he knows a thing or two about Shopper Marketing. More importantly he loves the Eurovision Song Contest and is a founding member of the ESC Appreciation society. He regularly dresses up as 2014 winner Conchita Wurst in the office.

With a degree in English and Sports Studies Birmingham University, James started his career in Sports Sponsorship, working with and for MasterCard to leverage their sponsorship properties. He then spent 10 years with GHMC working on major integrated accounts such as Budweiser, Ladbrokes and Audi.

James joined INITIALS in 2008 and runs a group of accounts including PepsiCo, Mondelez and SABMiller as well as heading up the Account Handling Team.
