Laurence joined the Rufus board as Chief Strategy Officer from AKQA Amsterdam in 2015. Laurence is responsible for providing the overall strategic vision and direction for the agency both internally and externally, creating bespoke and rewarding brand experiences for Rufus’ clients.

Darrel co-founded Rufus Leonard with creative partner Neil Svensen in 1989. Now, as Chief Experience Officer at Rufus, Darrel is responsible for planning and quality control of information architecture and usability testing. His client experience includes John Lewis Partnership, BT, InterContinental Hotels Group, British Gas, O2, Shell, Visa Europe and Massey Ferguson.

Peter leads Rufus’ 30-strong tech team. One of his main tasks is seamlessly implementing expertly engineered technology solutions. He has an overall responsibility for our technology platform choices and the process which underpin how we build, run and support these solutions for our clients.

Executive Creative Director

Carlo joined Rufus in early 2015 as Creative Director, and has since risen in the ranks being promoted to Executive Creative Director becoming responsible for the design output of the agency. 

Carlo brings a wealth of experience to Rufus with his 20+ years' in design and brand communications at some very prestigious agencies including Landor, Fitch and Identica.
