Jon was one of the founders of Naked, the ground breaking international communications agency.  Jon pioneered the concept of media neutrality during his time at Naked, speaking regularly at the World Federation of Advertisers on integrated marketing.  He worked on a range of local and global clients including Coca-Cola and Unilever and remained at Naked for 13 years as it grew into an international group with offices in cities including New York, Melbourne, Sao Paolo, Paris, Singapore, Dubai and Tokyo.

Jon joined Karmarama at the beginning of 2014 as Executive Chairman, his first role since leaving Naked. Jon has been developing the Karmarama integrated offer, increasing the capabilities of the agency in data and mobile and working with key clients to help them grow their business through strategy and creativity. He also is a regular speaker at the IPA, The World Federation of Advertisers and Cannes Lions.

Ben started his advertising career at Still Price Lintas working on Peperami, and the global Lynx/Axe account. In 1996 he became St Luke’s first hiring, heading up the IKEA account. During his 5 years at St Luke’s Ben ran IKEA, HSBC and the agency’s digital division, as Managing Partner. Ben left St Luke’s in 2000 to set up his own consultancy, working with clients like IKEA and EMAP.

In 2004 Ben was re-united with David Buonaguidi (the ex-St Luke’s creative director) at Karmarama where he became the partner responsible for client service and running the business.

In the last 5 years Ben has been responsible for managing the Karma Comms Group of companies as well as continuing to have a hands on role with Karmarama clients.  In his role as Group CEO, he has brought together nearly 300 employees under the integrated Karma Comms Group banner (covering CRM, data, design, digital, TV & content production, social media & PR as well as advertising), through a combination of organic growth, mergers and acquisitions.  During that period Karmarama has grown from a small agency, to the fastest-growing independent communications group in the UK.??

Nik Studzinski

Nik is one of the world’s leading creative directors and recently became the new Karmarama Chief Creative Officer. Prior to this he was at Droga5, both in New York and London where he was a founder of the European office. While at the agency he was responsible for highly influential campaigns for PUMA, Mondelez International and The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to joining Droga5, Studzinski was a Creative Director at Mother London, Executive Creative Director at Publicis London and Head of Art at Saatchi & Saatchi London, where he became the youngest board member in the agency's history. Studzinski's career highlights include many award-winning campaigns for Monster, Lexus, Schweppes, P&G, Renault, Cadbury, the British Army and Boots.

With a degree in psychology he started work as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble and was responsible for marketing the likes of Fairy Liquid, Pampers and Max Factor cosmetics.

Moving into planning at JWT, Sid took strategic responsibility for Nestle Rowntree and Unilever Foods, before moving to Euro RSCG as deputy head of planning to take responsibility for Cadbury and the pan-European launch of Haagen-Dazs.

Sid then moved to HHCL as head of planning, overseeing all strategic output as well as creating communication campaigns for Sky, amazon, Birds Eye, Iceland, the COI, the FSA, Masterfoods, Barcardi Martini and Alfa Romeo. During this time HHCL was awarded the Campaign Agency of the Decade.

Sid joined Karmarama in 2006 as its third partner and has helped build the company into the success it is today, along the way picking up the award for 2011 Effectiveness Agency of the Year and helping its clients to win Brand of the Years two years running (Costa and the BBC).

Sid has worked across a variety of clients including Costa Coffee, the BBC, Plusnet, Iceland supermarkets, as well as helping focus the strategic direction of the business.

Liz is Chief Operating Officer at Karmarama, leading the day-to- day operations across the group. Her previous experience spans modern digitally integrated marketing at Albion and Stack; advertising, at Havas, TBWA and Lowe; and strategic brand consultancy at Brandhouse. Her client category experience includes FMCG, luxury goods,internet businesses, automotive and retail amongst others.

Liz was recently made an IPA Fellow, is a Member of IPA Council, former Chair of the IPA Client Relationship Group and Ambassador for social enterprise PimpMyCause.

Peter has worked in the technology sector for over 12 years, with his experience spanning architecting, designing and delivering rich, robust and reliable cross-platform digital experiences for the enterprise and consumer markets for financial, media and telecoms clients, before co-founding mobile agency Nice in 2009. Nice agency was acquired by Karmarama in 2014. During his career, Peter has delivered work for clients such as first direct, Freesat, Costa, Aberdeen Asset Management and News UK.

Will started his advertising career at HHCL working on Sky Sports,
Autoglass, Minute Maid, Singapore Airlines as well as the launch campaign for thelondonpaper.

He moved to AMV BBDO in 2006, developing award-winning strategies for the THINK! Road safety brand and Digital UK, the not-for-profit organisation leading the national switchover to digital television. Will also worked across AMV's portfolio of P&G brands, Gillette, Oral B and Braun as well as Nicorette and Royal Mail.

He then moved to glue Isobar in 2010 to work on the global digital strategy for Nokia and the RBS sponsorship account, before joining Karmarama at the start of 2012.

Lawrence has over fifteen years experience in digital, integrated and creative agencies, including LBi, Work Club and The Brooklyn Brothers, joining his current agency Karmarama in 2012.

In that time he has worked on brands like BA, BBC, Costa, More Th>n, Nokia, MINI, Range Rover, COI and Unilever
As Managing Partner Innovation, he oversees the digital output of the agency, helps clients get the most from new technology and is one of the co-founders of Krank- Karmarama’s internal product incubator.

Lawrence is co-chair of the IPA Digital Business Group, a member of the BIMA Executive, a member of the Google Creative Council and a start-up mentor via The Friday Club.

Lisa is one of the industry’s leading production experts and commercial problem solvers. She was the Founder and MD of 4 Creative, Channel 4’s award winning in-house creative and production resource. She has also held roles including Head of Creative Services at Channel 4, Director of Creative Output at Fallon and Head of Branded Content at Red Bee. Since joining the Karma Comms Group as a partner she has been responsible for Kream, a unique in-house production company, as well as looking after delivery and international solutions across the group.
