Michael Frohlich took up the position of CEO at Ogilvy UK in February 2018. Under his leadership, he continues to drive the agency forward towards a more integrated model to maintain a leading position in an ever-changing marketing landscape. His successes in both steering Ogilvy’s PR capability to immense growth at a UK and EMEA level, as well as his tireless work to bring together a fully integrated, bespoke WPP solution for British Airways and International Airlines Group, demonstrate his well-rounded ability to bring Ogilvy into a new era.

Since joining Ogilvy in 2012, Michael led the successful transformation of Ogilvy PR in the UK and then across EMEA. 

Beyond his professional commitments, Michael contributed to Brand Marketing in The PR Handbook - a text used in multiple academic institutions around the world. He is also a member of the International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) Board of Management.

Nina is our CMO – a role that sees her overseeing the marketing and new business efforts across Ogilvy UK.

A passionate advocate of collaborative working and integration she loves pulling together exactly the right team of specialists for clients from across the group. Nina has a vast amount of experience of marketing agencies across all disciplines having worked in agencies such as Engine, Dare, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe and Partners Andrews Aldridge.

Having spent an equal amount of time working in advertising as well as direct and digital agencies she understands issues of integration, digital and convergence perfectly. Nina sits on the Executive committee for WACL, where she is responsible for the Future Leaders Award as well as regular cross industry training sessions. She is a business leader at the Marketing Society and a fundraising committee member for Nabs.

Charlie is Chief Client Officer at Ogilvy UK. Charlie leads client relationships, with a single vision across all our core capabilities as and client portfolios.

Charlie started his career as a graduate trainee at O&M working on the Guinness and Shell accounts.  Since then he has worked at Simons Palmer and at BBH, where he spent 17 years.  Prior to rejoining O&M, Charlie was BBH’s MD and COO for over eight years.  While there, he was also responsible for the Audi, Unilever and Barclays accounts.

Charlie is a Trustee of NABS, the industry’s charity, which helps those who struggle with some of the pressures in the industry.  And while not in work, Charlie can be found at home where he has two teenage boys with whom he attends Southampton football matches and Hampshire cricket matches.

Emma De La Fosse is the Chief Creative Officer for Ogilvy in the UK, responsible for the creative output across all of its capabilities, facilitating creative integration across the agency and working closely with creative leaders to encourage the best work and seek the best creative talent to propel teams and their work to even greater innovative heights. 

Upon joining Ogilvy Emma spearheaded the charge to improve creative standards in Direct & Digital campaigns both across the industry and within the agency. This effort saw the Ogilvy win more major awards than any other UK direct or digital agency, picking up accolades from D&AD, Cannes, One Show, Campaign BIG Awards and the DMAs.

Alongside exceptional work, has also helped bring to life The Pipe – Ogilvy’s pioneering creative talent internship which was open to everyone regardless of age, experience, education or background.

Kevin Chesters

Kevin is Ogilvy UK's Chief Strategy Officer.

He graduated from Oxford University in 1994 with a degree in Modern History. 

He has been in and around the UK ad industry for more than twenty years. 

He started in account handling at OgilvyOne, and then switched to planning in 2000 after a short stint at O&M New York. 

He’s been a senior planner at British Telecom, Saatchi & Saatchi & spent 5 years as Head of Planning at W+K London. He was then CSO at McGarry Bowen for 2 years.

He’s won lots of awards, both strategy and creative, for famous things like “Old Lions” for Carlsberg, “Pony” for and lots of lots of Honda things. 

Twenty years on both sides of the fence means that there isn’t a sector he hasn’t delved deeply into in some way. 

He’s married with two little boys – which he says helps explain the bags under his eyes and severe lack of disposable income.

Mick joined Ogilvy in London in February 2016, working across all the agencies clients and leading a 50-strong team of creatives, designers and production specialists.

Mick has been rewarded by every major festival with well over 150 industry awards, including a Cannes Grand Prix, 3 Gold Lions, 6 Silver Lions, a One Show Best In Show, 5 D&AD Silvers, 5 BTAA Golds and a Ted Ideas Worth Spreading Award.

Although, his greatest accolade came in 2011 when he was described in Campaign Magazine’s A-List as ‘the most normal creative director you’re likely to meet in London.’

He has created many famous campaigns for some of the world’s top brands including Stella Artois, Nike, BA, Vodafone, Johnnie Walker, and Durex. And enjoyed a career spanning London’s best creative agencies including BBH, Lowes and Rainey Kelly Y&R.

When he’s not making ads he’s likely to be riding one of 2 things: his classic Triumph motorbike or his beloved horse. He’s currently training to be a semi-professional cross country rider.

Charlie is Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy UK.

Previously, Charlie partnered with fellow Ogilvy UK Chief Creative Officer, Emma de la Fosse, as Executive Creative Director of OgilvyOne London and across the EMEA region. A passionate believer in innovative solutions to client problems, he has become the most awarded Direct and Digital ECD in the world.

Charlie has a truly integrated skillset having spent 11 years as an Art Director at advertising agencies such as Bainsfair Sharkey Trott and DFGW before coming to OgilvyOne to embrace Direct and Digital. Whatever the channel, he loves just making great work and watching the effect it has on The Customer.

Charlie sits on numerous awards panels, from D&AD to Cannes as well as local award shows such as Campaign Big and the DMAs. Outside of the agency, Charlie enjoys spending time with his sons in the dying moments before they descend into teenagers. 

Clare Donald

Clare is Chief Production Officer at Ogilvy UK, partnering with the business, to breathe life into integrated creative ideas through innovative, commercially viable production solutions and practices.

Clare started her professional career in production companies, producing for various award-winning Directors around the world. Leaving advertising briefly, she spent a couple of years working in feature and short film production, before transferring into agency production in 2002.

As Deputy Head of TV at JWT she became the 6th most awarded producer in the world, and from there she went on to Mother and then Havas, where she worked as Head of Operations managing film, digital and print production.

Still keen to explore new paths, she moved to Google in 2013 as Head of Operations at Google Creative Lab where she managed teams working across high-profile digital projects.

Three and a half years later, she left to join Ogilvy. 

Clare is a board member of the British Arrows and is on the development board of charity 'Working Chance'.

Clare is Chief Delivery Officer at Ogilvy UK.

In the CDO role, Clare and the team are responsible for ensuring we have the right talent, capabilities, and tools to provide first class service and product to our clients. 

Prior to this, in a 14 year career at Ogilvy, Clare has held roles of Client Service Director, New Business Director and in 2013 Managing Director of OgilvyOne Business.

Outside of work, Clare is kept busy by her two young boys, loves to get out for a long run (all too infrequent with 2 young children) and has an ambition to run the marathon when she gets time!
