Simon was virtually born into the integrated marketing and advertising industry. He started his early career learning about the creative, branding and design process. From there, he moved into brand strategy whilst working at BBH London. After working across both retail & automotive industries he moved to VCCP in account management developing his digital, broadcast and integrated marketing experience. Simon later co-founded SWC Partnership with John in 2014, with integrated marketing being at the centre of the business, able to offer clients and brands a genuine full service agency from the very start.


We're probably one of the few agencies out there that actually want to be measured on the marketing, strategy and creative advice and ideas we give our clients. We are passionate about driving measurable accountable marketing across a range of disciplines and industries. John has over 30 years integrated advertising experience having successfully founded two integrated agencies with his first reaching 28th in the Campaign Performance League Table. John has a particular interest in retail and FMCG, although he has worked across a wide range of sectors including home improvement, grocery, insurance, automotive, travel and B2B. John’s professional experience is a cornerstone to SWC Partnership and attracts some of the best talented people across all ATL & TTL disciplines.

Jo brings a wealth of experience from a long career in building fruitful, long-term partnerships with clients and delivering successful campaigns.

Jo has previously worked for integrated agencies across a range of sectors including retail brands (Budgens, Londis & Multiyork), automotive (Honda Europe), FMCG (Yazoo, Stonegate & Pilgrims Choice) and alcohol (Courage, Directors & Young’s Pubs). Jo is at home with brand strategy, national and local marketing, B2C/B2B, as well as social media and digital marketing.
