After working for big name brands in Australia, Neil moved back to the UK where he combined his vast experience in project management and his pragmatic approach to help drive Flourish into the global, award winning agency that it is today.

Rich has spent the last twenty five years working in agencies, including The Communication Agency, Leo Burnett, Aim Proximity (NZ), and Target Direct. He has worked across a number of sectors from Financial Services to Consumer Electronics.

Rich is the Joint Managing Director of Flourish, as well as taking a very hands-on role as Client Principle across a number of clients. His expertise and experience within the industry has helped ensure the international success of Flourish.

Ian has 15 years experience working in specialist digital agencies in both the UK and Australia and now heads up the Flourish digital and creative teams. He provides a unique combination of strategic and technical knowledge, both essential in delivering simple solutions that provide results. His specialities are in user journey planning, CRM, and he is a big email geek. He has experience across a number of diverse sectors winning digital awards for work in Financial Services and Retail.
