Managing Director

Bibi Hilton is managing director of Golin’s 160-strong, award-winning London office and has been with the agency for over a decade. Bibi oversees Golin’s three core disciplines of digital, PR and social. Personally, Bibi has deep expertise in consumer brand communications and has developed and lead global and domestic programmes for some of the world’s most famous brands in FMCG, retail, food and drink, travel and health and beauty. Above all, Bibi is passionate about making Golin the most flexible and diverse employer in our industry. In 2017 she was recognised as one of the 14 most influential women in communications by PR Week and a Holmes Report Top 25 Innovator.

Global Head of Data and Analytics

Jonny Bentwood heads data and analytics globally at Golin. In his role Jonny enables Golin’s clients to be data-driven. A firm believer that when art is combined with science and decisions purely based on instinct are rejected, then clients will have winning programmes. Jonny has a successful record in creating award winning analytic and measurement tools including the Command Center, TweetLevel and BlogLevel. Jonny’s solutions have featured on CNN, Sky News and the BBC and he is a regular speaker on analytics at the Royal Society, Stanford University and Oxford University. Jonny has worked on global and strategic clients including CVS, Microsoft, Heineken, Shell, Barclays, Unilever, GSK and Facebook. He was also Time’s top twitter moment of the year.

Deputy Managing Director

Emily has over 15 years' experience of advising industry leaders, challenger brands and non-profit organisations on promoting and protecting their reputations and unlocking growth through powerful communications. She works alongside Bibi to manage agency operations and drive commercial success. She shares Bibi's passion for making Golin a diverse and inclusive employer. Emily's expertise lies in corporate and business-to-business communications, with specialist skills in CSR and employee engagement. She focuses on integrating classic PR with digital content, for global brands and household names in sectors including financial & professional services, industrials and manufacturing.

Nick Bishop
Nick Bishop
Head of Corporate Strategy

Nick provides Golin’s corporate clients with advisory services including communications strategy, narrative development and campaign planning. In addition to helping companies to build their reputations, Nick works with organisations to prepare for the worst, working with teams across legal, compliance, business continuity and communications, to ensure they are able to respond quickly and effectively. This work extends beyond crisis preparedness and response, covering analytics and training – in worst case scenario simulation exercises. Nick is also chairman of the PRCA’s Corporate Group, leading the industry’s efforts to raise standards.

Gemma Vardon

Executive Director, Creative

Gemma co-leads Golin's creative team, working with a team of conceptual creatives, motion and design.  She has spent her career making brands famous and creating genuine business impact. Her experience is in earned consumer brand campaigns, delivering unexpected ideas that solve a business or human problem and reacting to the news and social agenda to ensure brands stand out in popular culture. All her ideas are routed in intelligent thinking – a strong strategy, human insights and relevance. Gemma has worked across major consumer brands Cadbury, Sainsbury’s, National Trust, American Express, L’Oreal and Ribena to sports with The FA, UEFA, Betfair and global roles across GSK, Unilever and Diageo.

Healthcare lead

Ondine is responsible for healthcare leadership at Golin Health and sister agency Virgo to support the continued transformation of our core offerings in communications and medical education. Ondine has worked across a range of different therapeutic areas overseeing clients, including GSK’s global vaccine franchise and oncology portfolios for Roche and AstraZeneca. Her work and that of her talented team has received several industry awards. With a degree in Biological Psychology and experience within a patient group, Ondine truly understands the importance of knowing how stakeholders think, feel and behave when it comes to building successful communication campaigns.

Anna Carter
Anna Carter
Head of Client Service

Anna is responsible for leading client relationships and providing strategic consultancy, working across sectors including food and drink, beauty and personal care, homecare, lifestyle and leisure sectors. Anna’s passion lies in consumer brands, delivering engaging ideas that cut across earned and owned media. Anna thrives on taking a brief from strategy to idea to execution, from devising and implementing 360 campaigns, to running large scale influencer engagement programmes, to media events and product launches, to experiential activations and talent partnerships. She also works across integrated digital and social briefs. 

Shamima Begum
Shamima Begum
Executive Director, Technology

Shamima leads Golin's UK technology communications  practice. She has been with Golin for 11 years, helping B2B and technology brands build a presence across the UK, EMEA and global markets. Brand experience includes Oracle, Dimension Data, Infosys and Plantronics. Shamima is at the helm of the Oracle EMEA hub programme, helping change the company’s communications approach through an integrated campaign targeted at C-suite audiences. Shamima was made Trustee for The Taylor Bennett Foundation in 2017, a charity aimed at increasing ethnic diversity within the communications industry.

Executive Director, Social & Content

Alex joined Golin in May 2016 from VCCP Kin. At Golin he leads the Social & Content team, providing strategic direction, client service and leading integrated work for key clients. With a background across multiple disciplines over 15 years, his client experience includes Unilever, where he led award-winning campaigns for the likes of PG tips, Dove and Pot Noodle; as well as MoreTh>n, Nationwide, Orange, Coca-Cola, Danone and Kia. He believes the best work should be original and earn attention, but always routed in a truly human insight that makes the idea become instantly relevant. 

Pete Kemp
Pete Kemp
Director, Digital

Pete leads the digital team at Golin running UX, design & build and digital platform and innovation work for clients including Unilever, Bupa and Tesco. He is a passionate champion of the latest digital trends and how these can be embraced to help clients deliver innovative and ground-breaking work. His career in Digital is founded on building strong, successful client relationships and leading client engagements for some of the world’s largest brands. He also specialises in Sharepoint and Microsoft 365 delivering intranets, portals and campaigns for global businesses.
