Revitalising an Iconic Bathroom Brand

We were commissioned to develop a fresh positioning and an exciting new look and feel for Sottini that would help differentiate it in an increasingly competitive marketplace, reach more of its target audience and support its commercial objectives.

We created a new brand positioning, ‘Simply imagine’, a powerful creative call to action that encapsulates Sottini’s unique focus on craft and creativity and an elegant range of understated, timeless designs.

Process

The positioning has driven the creative output, resulting in a redefined brand identity expressed through a comprehensive range of touchpoints, including digital, experiential, printed collateral, advertising and moving image.

The relaunch of the iconic bathroom brand back into the UK market took place in September 2015 at the UK’s largest design trade event, 100% Design. The event attracts architects, specifiers and designers from across the globe and marked the beginning of a process of reconnecting with customers and consumers, positioning Sottini as a high-end, inspirational bathroom brand.

Results

The results speak for themselves: since the launch at 100% Design, sales have increased by over 400% and more than 100 new dealers have signed up.
