About

BETTER STORIES BIGGER IMPACT

We started Brands2Life in a small room in Battersea, London, in April 2000. We had no clients or staff – just a determination to create a new kind of communications agency that could help build clients’ brands and businesses faster than they ever thought possible.

Now, with the help of a fantastic leadership team and our brilliant staff, we still tackle every day as if it were our first and value every client relationship as if it were our only one.

We chose our name carefully because it encapsulated what we wanted to do – and still do today. We build brands and we protect them. Truly integrated communications that delivers real business impact.

We’re independent with scale. That means we can respond to and invest in the capabilities that the market and our clients demand at speed. Eighteen years of uninterrupted profitable growth has been the result of that advantage.

For us, whatever we do, we’re about fresh, joined-up thinking; smart insights; boundless enthusiasm; brilliant content; and amazing results.

Culture

Our team are important to us and that’s why we spend a lot of time ensuring we have a great culture at the heart of our business.

We're a close team. We all work together – including the board – in one big open plan room. We have clear values that our team live and breathe every day: Ambition, Commitment, Integrity, Mutual Respect and Fun - and we’re proud of regularly winning awards as a great place to work, including The Holmes Group and Sunday Times Best Place to Work.

Our people tend to stick with us with the long-term because we keep offering them new opportunities and experiences. And we’re very proud to say that 25% of our current team joined at entry level – two of whom are now on the board. There’s a clear Brands2Life way built on the principles with which we founded the business.
