Culture

After over 50 years of making our mark in design consulting, we charted new directions for the frog brand. During our 2019 anniversary year, we revisited our rich heritage and rediscovered many of the things that make frog a truly great global brand. In 2020 we introduced the first brand refresh under the calling Make Your Mark. In 2021 we refreshed and expanded the frog brand associated to the new organisation of frog within Capgemini Invent, retaining the Make Your Mark calling.

frog began as a rebellion and came of age as a home to challengers and antagonists within the design industry. In the last decade our world has changed dramatically and frog is changing with it. Success requires new mindsets and business models in support of visionary change. frogs are still challengers and antagonists, but today within a new, higher-stakes context.

Make Your Mark isn’t so much a tagline as a mindset; it is a rallying call to frog teams, clients and alumni to seize the moment, summon their courage, dig-in and realise a legacy of thought, action and outcomes for their organisations and communities. Our rapidly evolving service offerings reflect the call, urging our collaborators to make bolder decisions, form stronger teams and build better products. Together, we will advance the human experience through design.
