The Snaffling Pig Co is on a mission to take pork crackling to places it has never been before, using big, bold flavours and quality ingredients.
In looking to expand its business into new product lines, the company commissioned us to develop its brand language across all channels – from packaging to digital.
New Brand Identity
The new approach to its packaging needed to appeal to both a younger and older audience, as well as having the versatility to successfully stand out across all channels – from social media to point of sale.
Our solution was to create a suite of bold, vibrant and eye-catching graphic patterns that formed the core of the visual language. These patterns created space for The Snaffling Pig logo to breathe, and were coupled with a direct and fun messaging style that clearly communicated all that is special about the brand.
As the new brand began to take shape, we began to develop the designs for the second phase of the e-commerce website, as well as start production of a number of exclusive and additional products that would be sold in partner retailers.
As the brand begun to gain momentum, we helped them create packaging and point of sale concepts for extensions of their original product offer - namely Crackling Crumb and the top selling Advent Calendars.

With recent high profile success and investment from the BBCs Dragons' Den, presence in some of the UKs largest pub groups and leading UK supermarkets, as well as significantly increased sales (on their own e-commerce platform and through partner retailers like Not On The High Street), the future is looking exceedingly bright for The Snaffling Pig Co.
In August 2017 they were crowned winners of the prestigious Virgin Foodpreneur 2017 - awarded to the UKs best new food and drink brand by an esteemed panel of industry experts. We can’t wait to help them expand the brand even further.
