Ben has worked at some of the most respected advertising agencies throughout his 20+-year career, including Grey, where he led key accounts, managed the New York office and spent a significant amount of time on talent needs. After a short stint as President of a boutique consultancy, Ben was drawn to the idea of using his years of practical experience to become a trusted talent partner for both clients and candidates and joined Grace Blue in January 2024. Ben is a graduate of Boston University. Originally from Potomac, Maryland, he lives with his wife, son, and daughter in Westchester, New York.
