Bloom & Wild partner with Creativebrief for Thoughtful Marketing Event
Creativebrief
In 2019 Bloom & Wild gave their customers the chance to opt-out of emails about sensitive occasions, such as Mother’s Day. It was an act of marketing kindness which sparked a hugely positive response from consumers and the broader community. It was even mentioned in a parliamentary debate.
The company saw the enormous potential of sharing these opt-out principles with the wider community and the Thoughtful Marketing Movement was born. The movement, which now has over 170 businesses of all shapes and sizes supporting it, aims to change the culture around brand communications and improve the experience for customers across the industry.
As the industry looks to build back better in the wake of the pandemic which has bought with it so much loss, plotting a more sustainable path to growth will be business critical. With this in mind, Bloom & Wild have partnered with Creativebrief to host an event focused on Thoughtful Marketing and making sense of the human side of data.
