Churchill is planning its first partnership marketing campaign as it seeks a greater share of the UK insurance market.

The company has hired agency Bullet to find a range of affiliate brands with which it can run initiatives such as cross-promotion of products.

The agency was handed the brief following a three-way pitch managed by creativebrief.

Churchill intends to use the partnerships to leverage its 'Challenge Churchill' activity, which it launched a year ago. The initiative, which centres on the pledge that the company will beat existing renewal quotes for all new car- and home-insurance customers, was backed by national print and TV ads created by WCRS.

The first phase of the campaign ran from July until September.
