You may have some team disruptions but hopefully your core people will be sticking around inevitably because of your key account. Could you be gaining access across the network, tools, additional capability etc.? In a strong agency partner, clients will be reassured no matter what changes and disruptions are happening in the longer term and should be given notice well ahead.
